From goods receipt note to loaded container
Every consignment is treated the same way: received, inspected, packed, secured and loaded by our own team. This page shows how we prepare a shipment, what we have shipped, and where it goes.
PREPARATION
How a consignment is prepared
Six steps, all handled by our own team. No Material leaves without passing through every one of them.
Goods receipt and marking
Material arrives against a goods receipt note, is checked line by line and marked by our own team before it moves.
Inspection before packing
Each line is inspected and recorded before packing, so a problem is caught in India rather than on arrival.
Palletising and ply separation
Heavy and fragile items are palletised with ply separation between layers to protect finishes in transit.
Lashing and choking
Cargo is lashed and choked inside the container so nothing shifts when the vessel rolls.
Safety-belt securing
Safety belts run across the stack and hold the load against the container wall.
Container loading plan
We load to a plan that uses the volume your freight is paying for, then seal and document the container.
